Death

The Death card is the most misunderstood card of the tarot deck. It represents new beginnings. It can be a symbol of a difficult life phase ending, which inturn means new more positive beginnings. It comes up in a spread where there has been a sudden transition or phase that you are thinking of changing or has recently changed. The black and white in the card resembles balance and the people falling by the wayside means that you have had to cut away situations or people in your life that may be negative for you. It is about you continuing on your path regardless of what is happening around you translating into clearing away old to make way for the new.
