Crystals are semi precious minerals and are beautiful to look at enhancing both the energy of the room and with the additional benefit they can be very pleasing to the eye.

They do hold a small electromagnetic charge, and depending on the Crystal is dependent on the vibrational energy it emits.

For most if you are sensitive to Crystal Healing energy, by holding the Crystal in the palm of your hand you may feel a small electromagnetic pulse or a pins and needles sensation, or the Crystal will become warm giving you the energy you need.

To try and understand how the energy of Crystals work you only have to look at how a quartz watch works.

In Quartz watches the battery sends electricity to the quartz crystal through an electronic circuit. The quartz oscillator vibrates quickly and with precise frequency (32,768 times/second) in response to the electronic charge. The circuit counts the vibrations and generates regular electric pulses of one per second. The pulses from the Crystal drive the small motor that spins the watch’s hands and due to this offers a more accurate time measurement (until the battery slows and dies).

So in that paragraph we now know Crystals have a small electromagnetic energy that can be utilised for our wellbeing.

As humans when we move our arm our brain sends small electromagnetic signals through our nervous system so enable us to move our arm. Think of the times you have had an electric shock just by touching a door !

So how do we use Crystals.

When working with clients I always suggest using basic Crystals first.

Researchers say rose oil stimulates brain activity and releases sphincterin, which is sometimes referred to as a “feeling-good hormone”. According to this study, the researchers found rose oil aromatherapy helps relieve the pain associated with surgeries.

Relief from menstrual discomfort

Research was done among patients with heavy menstrual pain. The group was divided into two and both recived an abdominal massage. One group was rubbed with almond oils and the other with rose oils. The group massaged with Rose oil reported no stomach cramps.

A skin patch check is required before use to determine whether you have allergies. Apply a small amount of diluted rose oil (mixed into a carrier oil) on your elbow to see if there is any allergic reaction.

The F word

The F word. FEAR can be one of our biggest blockers to developing learning and growing, second to that is failure.

Often when we are in a state of fear, we don’t see opportunities or recognise the fact we that change can lead to greater choices.

Many times during our life we are faced with circumstances that require us to change our lifes. Sometimes it is our choice and sometimes it is circumstances that we feel may be beyond our control.

When these situations occur and we feel it is beyond our control, it can feel exceptionally uncomfortable, upsetting and difficult to comprehend.

We have probably built a life for ourselves that we had once planned, to create security and stability for ourselves and we are faced with a situation such as:

A relationship ending and one partner chooses to leave.

You have been in your workplace for several years and find yourself being made redundant.

You have faced a loss of a loved one

You have been diagnosed with an illness that will mean you have to think about your life differently.

All of these circumstances, in essence can make you feel lost and uncertain about where your life is heading.

It can also be extremely traumatic and stressful, and the uncertainty we now face causes us to feel FEAR of that change.

We may find we have had dreams that we have never followed and we feel unsatisfied with life as it is. But our fear of change blocks us from changing our circumstances.

Change can be a very positive thing, but fear can block us from creating the life we truly want.

When we find ourselves in these kind of situations outlined above, these can invoke feelings of fear.

Fear of being on your own, or fear of potentially not meeting someone else.

Fear of finding a new job and fear of doing well in your next job.

Fear of what others will think.

Fear will also keep us in a place of not fulfilling our dreams. Such as:

We always wanted to have our own business but fear blocked us.

We wanted to get a promotion at work but fear blocked us.

We wanted to go to an amazing place in the world, but fear blocked us.

There are many examples of where we wanted to fulfil our dreams, but our fear gets in the way of achieving those desires and ambitions.

We are here to live our life’s to experience joy and love, but we also at times have experiences where we will feel loss and grief.

These feelings of fear can be paralising to you and your progress.

Change can cause us to feel disorientated, so we have put a quick survival pack together to assist you to desolve your fear and embrace the changes in your life.

Exercise – Whilst you may not feel like it, exercise can raise the endorphins in your brain. This will help.

Gratitude – Keeping a gratitude journal is an excellent way to help you write down what you are grateful for and also you can write down your feelings. In relation to negative thoughts try and think of a positive.

Self care – Take time out for you, put some candles in your bathroom and have a relaxing bath or attend a spa day. –

Nutrition – Nutrition is so important to keeping us on track.

Listen to music, this can also help you relax.

Don’t beat yourself up. At times in our life’s we are faced with challenging situations and in circumstances such as job loss or , can often lose our confidence and self-worth which, can create further stress and anxiety.

Keep in touch with friends. They can often be a great support.

Managing fear and embracing change will help you do the things in life you have always dreamt of.

Fate and Destiny

Do you believe in fate/destiny?

At Crystal Heart Psychics we definitely believe in fate and destiny, we also believe if free will.

For me personally (Caroline) founder of Crystal Heart Psychics a Psychic reading should never disempower a person. Our jobs as healers and psychics is to give guidance to provide you with the best possible outcome for your life.

I am what is known as a high level psychic which means I am able to spot several paths that you may take and some of this involves healing. So often I will perform a healing and then go into providing you with a psychic reading where there is always options and choices.

Fate is, where we believe things are meant to happen and my belief set is some things are but not all, such as meeting a partner this could be predetermined in the sense we have a soul contract with that person. So when we meet we feel this amazing connection which we cannot explain. Sometimes when this happens there may be a lesson to be learnt from that but in every instance I will say trust you gut instinct.

Destiny is something I believe we all have, we were born and before we came here we had a life plan. I often refer to we have choices throughout our lives and at times we may end up going down a cul de sac so we can learn from this. But we are always put on the right track, and often this will be our intuition that pushes us to do things we never dreamt we would do. Often you hear this when others talk about what they feel their destiny is.

Coping with Loss

The Hardest thing to do sometimes is say goodbye.

Coping with loss of someone you love is both traumatic and stressful and coping with loss can be extremely difficult. Sometimes we have had chance to prepare for this, other times we haven’t.

Grief can leave us feeling very alone and often feeling we have no one to talk to about it.

There are recognised stages of grief. Denial, anger, bargaining Sadness, acceptance and they can come in any order. As the process of grieving is a different experience for all.

Grief also comes in waves one day you think you are ok and the next you dont feel so ok.

Emotional intelligence

Emotional intelligence is being aware of another person’s emotional state and having empathy towards another and how they are feeling.

This is a skill that can be learnt if a person wishes to learn this skill.

Also if someone is in a challenging emotional state, in order to help someone first you must be aware of your own emotions.

The ability to perceive and control emotions is absolutely necessary in day to day life.

This will also provide a tool kit that will lead to success in both personal and business life as it can aid you in building stronger relationships to achieve your goals.

Often it can be difficult in day to day life to understand or take the time out in relation to understanding another persons situation and how they are feeling.

In the words of Aristotle

“Anyone can be angry that is easy, but to be angry with the right person, to the right degree, at the right time for the right purpose and in the right way isn’t easy”

Anyone who is in tune with their emotions are capable of expressing emotions in an appropriate way, whilst having the capability of having a listening ear and showing empathy to another persons situation.

There are five elements of emotional intelligence.

Self Awareness

This is about understanding your emotions, what you are feeling and why and to be able to understand how they effect others around you. It’s a basis of good intuition and decision making helping you instinctively to make the right choices. Self awareness also helps you understand your strengths and weaknesses.

Self regulation

Once you are aware of your emotions, the next step is learning how to manage them, especially the negative emotions. Learning to meditate and staying calm in any situation. Also to master these emotions especially when feeling stressed or you feel like having an emotional outburst, learning to stay calm, staying true to yourself and taking responsibility for you actions are all part of self regulation.

Motivation
This is about your drive to improve and stay focused and setting standards to achieve your goals. Motivation should be taking initiative and being open to opportunities that come your way.

Empathy
Empathy is the ability to understand another person’s situation and seeing it from their point of view. By having an awareness of others feelings its important that you acknowledge their feelings even if you do not agree. Effectively it is showing respect to another persons point of view and having an understanding of their situation.

Social skills
People who deal with other people well are often described as a ‘people person’. A person that does this is often see as trustworthy team players and confident communicators. Also they are a good listener to other people as they are at speaking themselves. When a person is like this they make great leaders, where they inspire and motivating people by giving praise and resolving conflict if necessary.

Finding your tribe

Finding your tribe means finding like minded individuals who accept you for who you are.

Like many others, who struggle to find their tribe, you can spend alot of your life trying to fit in and trying to find a group of people whom you can be unconditionally loved and accepted by, whilst staying true to yourself.

You can have alot of friends but from many different social circles, and with that sometimes it can be difficult to get everyone together in the same room.

During my years growing up I always felt I never truly fitted in and there was an element of lonlieness inside of me, then I discovered my spiritual path, connected with people who I felt were on my side for the first time in my life.

In my youth I was the odd one out, the girl who nobody invited out during the summer holidays I would watch the other children go out and sit at home feeling bored.

But even at a young age, I discovered dancing and found life long good friends who I am still in touch with many years later and this was my coping mechanism.

I tried to find my tribe, but no matter how hard I tried, I always felt like the ugly duckling following other friends around who were popular being the person in the background. I never felt that I belonged, in my mature years I do realise some of this may have been due to being a policeman’s daughter.

When I discovered I was psychic I really felt I had found myself and felt my connection to my higher self, but again in some form this lead to separation because existing friends who didnt quite agree with the psychic way of life advised me they could no longer be part of my life due to my beliefs !

Connecting with my spiritual self helped me connect to who I truly am and helped me work through the previous emotions of rejection and anxiety. Often I look back in my adult years and some of this may have been because my father was a policemen, as a child though you dont understand these things.

In my adult life and my spiritual development I have made many true friends along the way. I have lost friends due to my Spiritual gifts, but I am still of the belief that when you have people around you who are for you it means you can be who you truly are.

Among these beautiful people who love and accept you for who you are you become braver to be the person you are meant to be and you do find yourself becoming braver. You show them parts of yourself that you have previously hidden, and not only are they not rejecting you- they’re telling you they love you even more because your willing to be imperfect amidst so much pressure to be perfect. Confessions of imperfection come with an added bonus and effectively it showing you as the power of vulnerability.

Tips For Attracting Your Tribe
I believe it is everyone’s desire to be part of a tribe, so if you’re in the process of finding your tribe let me assist in setting the intention to the universe.

Setting intention
When you’re ready to find your tribe, put it out there, ask the universe! Set clear intentions. Ask the Universe to support your desire.Ensure your intentions are pure and of the heart.

You’re special but you’re not special. Sometimes we let our sense of being “different” or “special” get in the way of belonging. Understand that each of us is unique and individual, but we’re also much more alike than it may appear on the surface when we wear masks and lack the courage to be uncool.

Surround yourself with like-minded individuals. Choose things you enjoy doing and join classes that will make you soul sing. Engage in activities that ignite your soul.

Drop the judgment, remember never judge a book by its cover and be open to inviting others in to your inner circle. Judgement can hold us back and sometimes making that judgement perhaps due to the way someone dresses, that person could be out BFF, instead of judging smile and make eye contact.

Be discerning and trust your gut instinct. So judgement and criticism may erect barriers between you and your tribe, you also won’t jive with everyone you meet. This is where discernment comes in. Get clear on the kind of community you hope to attract. Be honest about your own needs and be willing to communicate them. Ask for what you desire and invite others to do the same. Set healthy boundaries but leave your heart open. The most important thing holding a tribe together is a sense of safety with our vulnerabilities.

Call in your tribe

Don’t just sit around and wait for your people to find you. Put your desires out there. The old saying if you dont ask, you dont get !

Don’t be shy

Take action. When you meet people who light you up – the ones you hope will become part of your tribe – be brave enough to invite them to be part of your inner circle. Tell them how much you enjoy and admire them. Be unabashed about your affection and respect.

Biggest tip of all, forget about what everyone else is doing and what their life looks like often it may not be what it seems. Be yourself, Be bold and be Beautiful as you are.

Allow others to come in who ignite you passions and assist you in becoming that person you truly are.
