Meditation with Crystal’s

Crystal healing energy has many benefits, and when used in healing and meditation can aid energetic and spiritual healing (reiki, seichem), Crystal energy can assist with healing on many levels.

How Crystal’s work.

All Crystal’s have an energetic frequency,the best example of this is Quartz watches. A tiny piece of quartz can assist in a watch movement. When you are sensitive to it, by holding crystal’s in the palm of your hand, they will often go warm or cool, depending on the kind of energy the Crystal is helping you with. You may even feel a pulsating in the palm of your hand.

A good Crystal to demonstrate this with is Rhodachrosite as it has quite a strong vibration.
Crystal’s emit n energy and if sensitive to it, we can feel this. Whilst in meditation, you can either place Crystal’s on each Chakra or hold Crystal’s in the palm of your hand.
